Document deliverables such as management procedures, system documents, organisation charts and assessment reports are all structured, uniformly numbered and ready to execute.

Delivery includes drafting notes and a revision guide, so plant managers can iterate on their own; the system documents keep evolving as the equipment changes.
Typical deliverables: the full set of equipment management system documents, the management organisation chart, and a retrofit feasibility assessment.

FIELD · SCHH-2026The document problem in equipment management is never "having none" but "having ones that can't be used": policies copied in that don't fit the plant, drawings with missing pages nobody completes, assessment reports with untraceable data. Our document deliverables are written to three standards - executable, traceable and iterable: every policy item corresponds to an actual action, every report's data can be traced to its source, and every document set leaves an interface for revision.
A unified numbering rule runs through the entire deliverable set: equipment numbers, document numbers and form numbers cross-reference one another, so an inspection record can be traced by number to its equipment archive and standard basis. Messy numbering means rework later when an information system is introduced.
FIELD · SCHH-2026Assess first, then select: what is usable is kept and brought into the new numbering system, what is outdated is marked as abolished, and what is missing is written. We don't demolish and rebuild - the old policies contain your plant's historical experience, and rewriting everything costs money and loses information. The assessment produces a list showing at a glance which to keep, which to revise and which to write new.
