Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by the Industrial Equipment Services Division of Nanchong Henghuan Robotics Co., Ltd. We are a technical service organisation providing plants with equipment management, maintenance, overhaul and automation retrofit services — not an internet data company. We do not make money from collecting user information; we collect it only to do the equipment work properly.

2. What information we collect

• Browsing information (passive and anonymous): this is a purely static website. There is no user registration or account system, no third-party advertising or tracking code, and no cookies used to identify visitors. Server logs may record the usual access IP address and browser type, solely for security investigation and traffic statistics — never for profiling.
• Enquiry form information (provided by you): the contact name, telephone number, equipment model, fault description and urgency you submit through the "Enquire now" page are business contact details you provide voluntarily.
• Telephone and WeChat communications: equipment and duty information you provide when calling 18002209253 or adding our business WeChat.

3. How we use the information

• Enquiry form and telephone informationis used solely for business contact: preparing the repair plan, scheduling the site visit, quoting and concluding the contract.
• Test data, repair records and parameter backups produced during service are filed in the equipment record with your consent, to support continuity in later maintenance. The record is for your and our joint use only — it is never used for other customers or disclosed externally.
• We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information or your company's equipment information with any third party.
• Where maker after-sales agency work is involved, necessary equipment information is passed to the relevant equipment manufacturer for warranty and parts ordering, and you will be told before we do so.

4. Retention and protection

• Business contact information is kept in the division's internal work records for the duration of the service relationship plus the warranty and traceability period required afterwards.
• We protect information security with measures such as access control. In the event of a security incident such as a personal-information breach, we will notify you and report it promptly as required by the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.

5. Your rights

• Under the Personal Information Protection Law, you have the right toaccess, correct or deletethe personal information you have given us, and the right to withdraw consent you previously gave.
• To exercise these rights, contact us at george@hhrobotics.cn or call 18002209253 (same number on WeChat). We will respond within 15 working days.
• Deletion does not extend to contract and service records that laws and regulations require us to retain.

6. Minors

This website serves business and industrial customers. We do not provide services to minors and do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

7. Changes to this policy

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated policy.

VIII. Detailed rules for information handling during service

Equipment service differs from an ordinary goods transaction: the service process generates a large volume of technical material. The rules for handling this information are as follows:

• Site survey records: equipment parameters, fault symptoms, test data, plant layout and production rhythm recorded during a survey are used only to prepare the repair plan and quote, are not disclosed to third parties, and are not used for commercial analysis or external publication.
• Equipment files and technical material: equipment registers, survey drawings, overhaul records, accuracy baseline data, lubrication cards, and programme and parameter backups produced during service are handed over to you together at delivery. The copies we retain are used only to judge continuity in later maintenance (for example, comparing the previous overhaul data to assess the degradation rate), are held for the joint use of you and us, and are never used for other clients or disclosed outside.
• Process and commercial information: we are under a duty of confidentiality for the trade secrets we may encounter during service - production processes, formula parameters, capacity data, customer lists, cost structures. Without your written consent they are not disclosed to any third party in any form and are not used for any purpose beyond our own business operations; all case reports published on this site have been anonymised and contain no information identifying the client.
• Photographs and images: equipment photographs taken on site are used for plan preparation and technical communication, not for external publication. If you allow us to share a particular job as a case report, we obtain consent in advance and anonymise the company name, location and sensitive data.
• Manufacturer after-sales agency work: when providing warranty-period after-sales service for an equipment manufacturer, the necessary equipment information (model, serial number, fault description, handling record) is provided to the relevant manufacturer for warranty determination and parts ordering. Before doing so we inform you of the scope of information provided.

IX. Information security incidents and retention periods

• Protective measures: business contact information and service records are kept in the division's internal work records, with access control and minimum-necessary authorisation applied; electronic material is not uploaded to public network storage, and paper material is archived and kept in accordance with regulations.
• Incident handling: should a security incident occur - leakage, tampering with or loss of personal information - we will take remedial measures immediately as required by the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, notify you promptly and report to the authorities responsible for personal information protection. The notification covers the cause of the incident, the types of information involved, the possible harm, the measures already taken, and recommendations for protective steps you can take yourself.
• Retention period: business contact information is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus the necessary warranty and traceability period afterwards (generally not less than three years, or as otherwise required by laws and regulations). Beyond that period, and where there is no need to retain it, the information is deleted or anonymised.
• Cross-border transfer: all personal information processing activities of this website and the division are carried out within the People's Republic of China; your personal information is not provided outside the country.

X. How to exercise your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement and delete the personal information we hold about you, the right to withdraw consent previously given, and the right to require us to explain our personal information processing rules.

How to exercise them: email george@hhrobotics.cn (marking the subject 'personal information rights request'), or call 18002209253 (Engineer Man; the mobile number is also the WeChat ID) and state the request. To protect information security we may first verify your identity (for example, by checking the contact name and telephone number you previously provided). We will respond within 15 working days; where a request is not accepted we will explain why, and you may lodge a complaint with the authorities responsible for personal information protection or bring a suit in a people's court in accordance with the law.

Please note: withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of processing activities already carried out on the basis of that consent before withdrawal; and where you request deletion, contract and service records that laws and regulations require to be retained are excepted.
