The division treats its service radius as a product in itself. Based at the Yilong County E-Commerce Industrial Park with engineers resident in Nanchong, breakdown calls are answered and dispatched directly by the local team, with no cross-province relay. Across Sichuan and Chongqing we commit to being on site within 24 hours for routine faults; in Yunnan and Guizhou we work by project schedule with resident service and spares staged in key cities to cut waiting.
No job is too small or too large: a difficult fault on one machine, the annual maintenance of a whole line, or the installation and commissioning in Sichuan of an out-of-region supplier's equipment all run through the same response process. Every visit leaves test data and a repair record behind, so the equipment file grows with the service — and the longer we work together, the better we know your machines.
