Technical points & process standards

These are the key control points and acceptance criteria we hold to on site — standards first, data does the talking, and you can check us against the list.

CROSS SUPPORT

How this module supports the others

A one-off job fixes a one-off problem; systemic problems need the modules working together. This module works directly with:

INSTALL COLLAB

Why equipment coming into Sichuan from elsewhere needs us

When equipment is shipped from another province to a plant in the southwest, the most common difficulty is not the machine itself but a gap at the landing stage. We have taken on all the situations below.

Scenario 1

The supplier's engineers cannot get a slot

The equipment arrives at the plant while the supplier's commissioning engineer is booked a month out, and the line just waits. We take it on with a 'supplier remote + us on site' model: we do the mechanical assembly, electrical connection and basic commissioning, while parameter setting and process commissioning are guided remotely by the supplier - so the line never waits on a calendar slot.

Scenario 2

The supplier sells the machine but not the installation

Some equipment vendors quote without installation and commissioning, or find travel to the southwest too costly. Your own fitters can do the work but have never installed this type of machine, and assembling from the manual leaves them unsure. We install to the equipment's technical documents in a standardised way, file the installation data, and responsibility is clear if something goes wrong.

Scenario 3

Multi-vendor equipment needing overall integration

A line assembled from several suppliers' machines, each looking after its own stretch with nobody owning the interfaces. We act as the on-site overall integrator: foundations and layout setting out, equipment positioning and levelling, utility interface connection, commissioning from single machine through to linked running - sorting out the interface responsibilities so several suppliers cannot push the blame onto each other.

Scenario 4

Relocation and re-installation

Shop renovation, plant relocation, equipment transfer - dismantled with nothing marked, then reassembled and never quite back to its original state. We record and mark the condition before dismantling, re-measure to the original accuracy standard after installation, and file the before-and-after data comparison, so the machine's performance does not shrink with the move.

Scenario 5

Acceptance without professional gatekeeping

Incoming acceptance of new equipment that only counts items and looks at appearances, so accuracy below standard and incomplete motions are found only at start-up - and arguing with the supplier then is hard. We carry out unpacking inspection, in-process installation inspection and start-up acceptance inspection, checking item by item against the technical documents, with acceptance data signed by both parties, so problems are settled at the acceptance stage.

Scenario 6

Temporary site construction and technical support

Supporting equipment foundation works, utility connections, temporary power layout, dedicated lifting and positioning - odd jobs, but each demands real expertise. We take site construction and technical support by project, and can also provide a resident engineer by the day or by the week.

COMMISSIONING STEPS

How installation and commissioning are done: from unpacking to start-up

Installation and commissioning is more than standing the machine up and connecting power. The data established on the first day of operation is the reference baseline for this machine's maintenance for years to come.

MODULE FAQ

Common questions about installation and commissioning

If a machine you installed has a quality problem, how is responsibility apportioned?

The interface is drawn in advance: design and manufacturing quality problems in the equipment itself are the supplier's responsibility, with us assisting evidence collection and communication; installation workmanship problems (positioning accuracy, wiring, tightening, commissioning operations) are ours. Key data from the installation and commissioning process is signed and filed by both parties, so when something goes wrong the data shows which link it was.

What if the supplier will not cooperate on remote commissioning?

Most suppliers are willing to cooperate remotely - it is cheaper than sending an engineer on a trip. We prepare the site conditions: communication tools, photographs of the parameter screens, video links, so the remote guidance runs efficiently. Where a supplier genuinely will not cooperate, we complete the basic commissioning independently from the technical documents and list in writing what cannot be done (such as encrypted parameters), for you to take up with the supplier.

How is installation and commissioning charged?

Quoted by project: calculated from equipment quantity, complexity, duration and staffing, with the total price and what it includes stated in the proposal; temporary technical support can also be charged by the day. Travel is included in the quote at actual cost, stated in advance and never added afterwards.

After installation, do you handle the subsequent maintenance?

It can be seamlessly connected. The file and baseline data built during installation and commissioning go straight into the maintenance system, and we follow up the run-in maintenance for the first three months of operation - parameters tuned properly, operators trained, inspection scheduled into the calendar. One party responsible from installation through maintenance means no break in the data and no shifting of responsibility.
