FROM CALL TO DELIVERY

From your first phone call to equipment handover

Laid out in the open, the process tells you what to expect at each step, what we do, and what we need from you. Emergency jobs follow the same path, only with the first four steps compressed into a few hours.

BEFORE YOU CALL

Before you call, this information can save us half a day

We don't require you to have everything ready before contacting us - whatever is missing can simply be said so. But each extra item of information below makes the remote preliminary assessment a degree more accurate and saves a trip when we arrive.

EQUIPMENT
Equipment name, model, quantity, manufacturer and year of commissioning (a photo of the nameplate is easiest)
SYMPTOM
Fault symptoms: what sound, which location, any alarm codes, any odd smell or smoke
TIMELINE
When it started, how often it occurs, how long each episode lasts, and whether it correlates with season or shift
ATTEMPTS
Treatments already tried: which parts were replaced, which parameters adjusted, who was called in, and with what result
IMPACT
Impact on production: whether it has stopped, which line is affected, and how tight the order deadlines are
SITE
Plant location and site conditions (dust, humidity, high temperature, corrosion), and whether a downtime window can be arranged
RECORDS
Whether there is an equipment ledger, drawings, and past repair and maintenance records (it's fine if not)
CONTACT
The on-site contact person and phone number, and plant-entry requirements (safety training, access control, hot-work permits)
SPARE PARTS
The plant's current spare-parts list, especially the stock position of critical and wear parts
If you really can't describe it, that's fine too - send photos of the equipment, a video of the fault location and the nameplate by WeChat to 18002209253, and we'll read the pictures. A large part of thirty years of field experience was trained on exactly this: listening to a description and guessing the fault right.

FAQ

Common questions about repairs and working with us

Before your plant equipment goes wrong, get these questions answered first — it saves a lot of detours.

How soon can you get to site after we call?

Across Nanchong and its nine districts and counties — Shunqing, Gaoping, Jialing, Langzhong, Nanbu, Yingshan, Yilong, Peng'an and Xichong — our resident team in Yilong dispatches the same day and is usually on site within one to two hours. Chengdu, Chongqing and the rest of Sichuan's prefecture-level cities are next-day; for Yunnan and Guizhou we confirm the schedule by phone and are typically there within 48 hours. Urgent jobs trigger our emergency routine: repairable or replaceable, you get the verdict on the spot.

How do you charge? Will the price creep up mid-repair?

Survey first, quote second: after the site survey we issue a written plan stating scope, duration, cost and acceptance criteria. Work starts only after you sign off, and the price does not move mid-job. Outsourced maintenance and annual inspection contracts are billed yearly, with the spare-parts list and replacement records attached to every work order.

The machine is old and there are no drawings — can you still fix it?

That is exactly our strong suit. Over twenty-plus years we have taken on plenty of drawing-less old machines: first we trace the electrical circuits on site, rebuild the mechanical baseline data and open an equipment file; only then do we decide repair, retrofit or replacement. At handover the drawings and the file go with the machine, so future maintenance is never blind.

Can we outsource maintenance for the whole plant?

Yes. From building the equipment management system, periodic maintenance plans and lubrication card control, through spare-parts planning and precision calibration — we take the whole chain. Every month we leave inspection records and trend data behind; the plant only reads the report and signs the acceptance.

Besides the phone, how else can we reach you?
