On-site installation and technical support

Equipment foundation support: foundation dimensions and embedded items verified, setting out and positioning, shim pack layout and support for secondary grouting. The foundation is the machine's root - one millimetre out and everything after it is trouble.

Lifting and positioning: heavy equipment gets a dedicated lifting plan, unified signalling (per GB/T 5082), and positioning with levelling and alignment. There is no discounting on lifting safety.

Utility connection: on-site connection of water, power, air and hydraulic pipework, with pressure and leak testing. Temporary power is laid out to code, and permanent connections are built to the drawings.

Dedicated construction support: equipment protection during shop renovation, demolition support, temporary facilities setup. Construction interfaces and responsibilities are settled in advance, so equipment and civil trades never stand waiting on each other.

Resident technical support: a resident engineer through the project period: schedule coordination, quality control, problem resolution. Having someone who understands the equipment on site every day beats remote phone calls by a distance.

Safe and orderly site work: site work follows your plant's safety rules, with hot work, lifting and confined space entry permitted through the proper system. When the work is done the materials are cleared and the site is left clean - no mess left for the shop.

Do you take odd jobs? Say a single day of lifting work.

Yes. Equipment service knows no small jobs: a single day of lifting and positioning or a one-off utility connection gets a plan and a record just the same. Quite a few of our long-term clients started with one small piece of work. Charged by project or by day, agreed in advance.

Who is responsible if a safety problem occurs during site work?

The interface is written into the agreement: we are responsible for the operational safety and workmanship quality of our own personnel, and our work follows your safety rules and accepts your safety management; you are responsible for site conditions (power isolation, work permits, coordination of cross trades). Special operations are carried out by certified personnel. A clear division of safety responsibility is itself part of the safety measures.
