We assess machine by machine how far the actual load and duty deviate from design values, and correct maintenance intervals according to the real load instead of copying the manual.

Wear Part Life Ledger: A life ledger is kept for wear parts such as hammer heads, liners, screen plates, mixer arms and blades: installation date, cumulative output, wear measurements, and expected removal date. Procurement and replacement plans follow the ledger, so wear parts 'die inside a planned window' rather than 'die during production'.

Concentrated Overhauls in Shutdown Windows: Shutdown windows in building materials plants are precious and fixed, so we package periodic projects into them: replacements, strip-down inspections and precision adjustments are done together, with all spare parts and tooling in place before the window and multiple trades working in parallel inside it. During running periods we do condition monitoring, tightening and lubrication, without taking extra capacity.

Lubrication System Governance: In high dust concentration areas, grease selection favours sealing performance and consistency; centralised lubrication lines are checked point by point for blockages, and manual grease points are made into lubrication cards hung beside the equipment. Conveyor Lines & Dust Collection Systems: Belt conveyor idler replacement criteria (replace on rotation sticking or wear beyond limits), belt tracking adjustment, take-up device checks, and scraper condition; dust collector filter bag differential pressure tracking, pulse valve and fan maintenance. Dust collection is not only an environmental issue — once dust concentration drops, the wear rate of all equipment drops with it.

Electrical Systems & Protection: Motor cooling path blow-down in dusty environments, electrical cabinet sealing checks, waterproof and dustproof treatment of local operator boxes, and periodic testing of interlock and emergency stop circuits. Most electrical faults in building materials plants are related to dust and moisture — treating the environment is more fundamental than replacing parts.
