Courses cover equipment management concepts, reading system documents, hands-on inspection and maintenance, register and file management, and appraisal methods — taught on two tracks, classroom and shop floor.

Rollout is governed by milestones and checklists, with execution quality accepted workshop by workshop; shortfalls are corrected on the spot with retraining, until the system runs steadily.

How training and rollout coaching are done

Training by layer: managers are taught the logic of the system and how to read the indicators; team leaders the processes and how to execute the forms; operating and maintenance staff inspection methods and hands-on lubrication. One focus per layer - no mixed-audience sessions.

Coaching at the machine: training does not stay in the meeting room. We take the team to the equipment - how to carry out the inspection, how to add the lubricant, how to record the data - doing it once, watching once, correcting once.

Tracking deviations in execution: during rollout we check execution weekly: whether inspections were really done, whether records were backfilled, whether maintenance items were skipped. Drift is corrected on the spot, and where a step keeps causing trouble we go back and revise the standard or retrain.

Coaching the assessment linkage: we help connect equipment management indicators to your existing assessment: indicator definitions, data sources, statistical basis, and the link to reward and penalty - so that good work is visible and going through the motions has a cost.

Developing your internal key people: during rollout we identify your own equipment management key people and focus on developing them, handing the method over. After we withdraw, the system is carried by your people - that is what makes it sustainable.

Handover and follow-up review: at the end of rollout, acceptance is done shop by shop against a checklist, with documents, records and training files handed over as a complete set; we agree a follow-up review at three or six months, straightening out any backsliding promptly.

Common Questions

Our people do not have much formal education - can they learn this?

They can. The goal of inspection and maintenance training is 'able to do it, able to judge, able to record' - not theory. Standards are written in plain language with photographs, and demonstrated at the machine; most teams are up to speed within a week. The hard part is not learning but keeping it up - and that is what the assessment and checking mechanisms are for, and why the on-site coaching period exists.

Will you still come back after the training?

On-site coaching during rollout is included in the project; after handover we agree review checkpoints (three or six months), and any execution backsliding found at review is corrected on site. Day-to-day questions can be raised any time by phone or WeChat. We do not make money from repeated visits - the project counts as successful only when the system runs smoothly in your hands.
