Lubrication is the first line of equipment life. For demanding environments such as feed mills, biomass pellet plants, building materials plants, wastewater plants and biofertiliser plants, we design lubrication plans and optimise oil selection.

Dust, damp, heat, heavy load, corrosion — each duty demands different lubricants and methods. We pick oil by duty, grease by point, and frequency by load.
Deliverables are lubrication cards and an oil schedule spelling out which machine, which point, which lubricant, how much and how often — with the lubrication owners trained to work to the card.

FIELD · SCHH-2026In feed mills the focus is dust sealing and lubrication of the pellet mill's high-temperature points; in biomass pellet plants it is the extreme hot, dusty duty of the ring die bearings, where grease selection and greasing method decide life; in building materials plants it is maintaining lubrication and treating seals at heavy-wear points; in wastewater treatment plants it is water-resistant lubricants and electrical protection in a damp, corrosive environment; in biofertiliser plants it is corrosive media combined with seasonal high temperatures. We have delivered projects in every category, and each plan is set from conditions measured on site.
FIELD · SCHH-2026We do not sell lubricants, so we have no sales motive. Selection gives the grade and performance class required by the duty - either a named brand or a range of equivalents - and you buy through your own channels. The criterion is the equipment requirement and the duty, not the price. Of course, the money saved by using ordinary grease where synthetic is required is paid back double in bearing life - and we will lay that arithmetic out clearly.
