WHY WE EXIST

Why this division exists

Plant equipment is too often "fixed only when it breaks", with slow response and no system behind it. The Henghuan group pulls technology, manufacturing and service into one rope, making equipment service a professional discipline.

COMMON PROBLEMS

When equipment goes wrong, it's usually one of these six

After thirty years on site, the reasons factories call us are highly concentrated. Find yourself below and you'll roughly know which module to start with and how much effort it will take.

01 · Sudden stoppage

The machine stops without warning and the line goes down with it

With orders piling up and deadlines staring, every hour stopped is money. We arrive the same day, first restore production by whatever means, then go back for the root cause; a repair-or-replace conclusion is given on the spot, without leaving you waiting. In the Nanchong area, a technician is typically on site in 1-2 hours.

02 · The same failure, again and again

Fixed, then broken again days later - swapping parts treats the symptom, not the cause

Most likely the root cause was missed - the broken part was replaced but the trigger that broke it was not. We do failure-mode analysis and treat the triggers together - wear, looseness, lubrication, electrical interference - aiming for one repair that lasts.

03 · Accuracy drifting worse

Parts out of tolerance, positioning drifting, good one day and bad the next

Accuracy degradation is usually loose mechanical connections or drifting electrical parameters. We bisect to locate the side at fault - mechanical issues get mechanical correction, electrical issues get parameter adjustment - restoring accuracy to factory standards and process requirements, verified with a standard test piece where necessary.

04 · Old equipment with no drawings

A machine of fifteen-odd years, its documentation long lost, that nobody dares touch

This is exactly our strong suit. We first survey the electrical circuits on site, complete the mechanical reference data and build the equipment archive, then judge repair, retrofit or replace. At delivery the drawings and archives are handed over together, so future maintenance is never in the dark.

05 · Energy and quality anomalies

High power draw, unstable output, costs that won't come down

Equipment running with hidden faults and poorly tuned parameters drags energy use and quality down with it. We station on site measuring current, temperature, vibration and cycle times, find the crux with data, adjust parameters and make improvements, pulling the equipment back into its economic operating range.

06 · New equipment landed with nobody to handle it

Equipment bought elsewhere has arrived, with nobody to take on installation and commissioning

For equipment that out-of-province suppliers ship into Sichuan, we take on assembly and on-line commissioning, establishing the equipment archive and data baseline from day one of operation. The supplier supports remotely while we execute on site, so your line never waits on someone's schedule.

HOW TO WORK WITH US

Four ways to cooperate - choose what fits your needs

Not sure which to choose? Tell us your equipment situation and production rhythm and we'll work out which is most cost-effective. Most factories start with one-off service and move to an annual contract once the cooperation runs smoothly.

OUR COMMITMENT

Our service commitments

The six commitments below are hard constraints we place on ourselves - you may hold every job of ours to them.

RESPONSE
Direct phone line 7x24; same-day arrival in the Nanchong area, next-day in-province, and scheduled arrival within 48 hours for Yunnan and Guizhou
QUOTATION
Survey first, quote second, with scope, schedule, cost and acceptance criteria in writing; work starts only after confirmation, with no mid-job price increases
TRACEABILITY
Data for key steps (clearances, torque, alignment, insulation) recorded item by item and signed by both parties - no record, no next step
ACCEPTANCE
Double trial runs, no-load and loaded, with accuracy re-measured against factory standards - data speaks, not verbal assurances
DELIVERY
Drawings, inspection sheets, baseline data and lubrication cards handed over in full at once - a missing item counts as no delivery
FOLLOW-UP
Fault-repair services tracked for three months to verify no recurrence; preventive measures revised as soon as they prove ineffective
FULL LIFECYCLE

Across the whole equipment life cycle, every stage has someone responsible

From arrival to retirement, a machine goes through four stages. Our eight modules cover exactly what each stage requires - we are not someone you remember only when it breaks; someone is watching from start to finish.

The selection and installation stage

Service can begin before the equipment even arrives. For new plants or newly purchased equipment, we take part in building the equipment-management structure, drafting system documents, and setting up the ledger and inspection standards, so that from day one the equipment has someone managing it and an archive behind it. For equipment that out-of-province suppliers ship into Sichuan, we handle assembly and on-line commissioning on the ground and establish the data baseline at start-up, leaving the evidence for later maintenance. Do this stage solidly and you save a great deal of rework later.

The start-up and run-in stage

The first three months after new equipment starts up are the most easily neglected. Parameters not fully tuned, operators not yet fluent, inspections going through the motions - small troubles accumulate into big problems. We put inspections, lubrication and accuracy calibration on the calendar and coach your crews into the habits, pressing run-in faults to a minimum. Delivery counts only when operators pass assessment - we don't let new equipment run mass production with hidden risks.

The steady-operation stage

This is the longest stage of an equipment's service life - and the one where vigilance slips most easily. Do preventive maintenance and lubrication management well and faults are nipped in the bud; do them badly and small complaints drag into major overhauls. We run trend monitoring on equipment condition and historical fault data, turning unplanned stoppages into scheduled work inside planned downtime windows, so faults happen at times you can arrange rather than when orders are tightest.

The ageing and renewal stage

In the later life of equipment, accuracy falls and faults multiply, and repair-or-replace becomes a hard question. We do the economic sums: residual value, downtime losses and retrofit or replacement investment converted onto one table, with three options - repair, retrofit, replace - and their payback periods, for the plant to decide. Old equipment worth refurbishing gets accuracy restoration and automation retrofits for a second round of value at lower investment; equipment due for retirement gets help planning its replacement - we don't let machines soldier on while sick.

PROCESS

Service process · eight steps

Survey — diagnosis — plan — scheduling — execution — acceptance — filing — follow-up: every step has actions, deliverables and oversight.See the methodology and acceptance criteria →

01

Site survey and data collection

Collect the data on site: current, temperature, vibration, cycle time and downtime records all at once. Facts first, judgement second.

02

Diagnosis and root cause analysis

Locate the root cause with the three-step method and the mechanical/electrical split, distinguish intermittent from degradation-type faults, and issue a diagnostic conclusion.

03

Proposal and quotation

The remedy, schedule, cost and acceptance criteria are explained once and clearly, with a repair/modify/replace economic comparison.

04

Confirmation and scheduling

Align the downtime window with the production plan, stage parts and tools in advance, and never let the equipment wait for people.

05

Execution with records at key steps

Clearances, torques and alignment data are recorded item by item and signed off by both parties; no record, no next step.

06

Acceptance and commissioning runs

No-load checks for noise, temperature rise and vibration; load checks on the output curve; accuracy re-measured against factory standards and process requirements.

07

Archiving and handover training

Drawings, inspection sheets, baseline data and lubrication cards go into the file; handover is only complete once operators have passed their assessment.

08

Follow-up and continuous improvement

Three months of follow-up confirms no recurrence; operating data feeds back into the maintenance strategy so the plan evolves with the equipment.

DELIVERABLES

When the service ends, these are the things left in your hands

In many plants, a repair leaves behind nothing but a running machine and a receipt. We are different: every service type has its written deliverables, and a missing item counts as no delivery.

HOME FAQ

Working with us for the first time? You may want to ask

The five questions asked most often are answered right here on the homepage, so you don't have to search the whole site.

How are you different from an ordinary repair crew?

An ordinary repair crew answers "how do we fix this machine"; we answer "why did it fail and how do we keep it from failing again" at the same time. Every service is data-driven work: vibration, temperature and current are measured before anything is touched, and written archives plus preventive recommendations are left at delivery. Behind it all stand thirty years of front-line experience plus the technical backing of the Henghuan system - difficult problems are carried not by one person's experience but by a whole system.

Do you fix first and talk price later, or the other way round?

Survey first, plan second, work last. On-site surveys and remote preliminary assessments are free; when equipment work is needed, a written plan states the scope, schedule, cost and acceptance criteria, and work starts only after your confirmation - no mid-job price increases. For emergencies we can repair first to restore production and complete the cost paperwork afterwards per the plan, so the quoting process never delays your line.

Do you take small plants with only one machine?

Yes. A machine is a machine whatever its size, and a stoppage is a stoppage whatever the plant's size. Fault-finding, maintenance and accuracy calibration for a single machine get the same plan and the same acceptance as anything else. Quite a few annual-contract clients started with one critical machine - once the repair earned their trust, they gradually handed us the whole plant.

How do you serve plants outside the area? How are travel costs handled?

Plants throughout Sichuan and in Chongqing, Yunnan and Guizhou are all within our service range: same-day arrival in the Nanchong area, next-day for Chengdu and Chongqing, and usually within 48 hours by schedule for Yunnan and Guizhou. Travel costs are charged at actual cost into the plan quotation, stated in advance and never added afterwards. For equipment that out-of-province suppliers ship into the southwest, the supplier supports remotely while we execute on site - a collaboration model we have long since run smooth.

After outsourcing maintenance, what happens to our own mechanics?

It is not replacement but division of labour and upgrading. Daily inspections and simple maintenance stay with your plant crews - we teach the standards, forms and methods thoroughly; periodic maintenance, accuracy calibration and difficult faults are ours. During resident and training periods we coach your crews, and the longer the cooperation runs, the stronger your own people become and the less service you need from us - which is exactly what we like to see.

Your satisfaction is what we work for.
