Nanchong

Nanchong (the old Shunqing Prefecture) marked its modern industry with silk and oil refining: around 1912 the Shunqing silk mills rose, and Nanchong silk was once shipped overseas down the Jialing and Yangtze rivers; in 1958 the Nanchong Oil Refinery was completed, one of Sichuan's earliest petroleum-processing enterprises. Under the Third Front programme Nanchong took in silk, machinery and chemical supply enterprises. After reform and opening-up the silk industry went through the pain of restructuring; Geely's Sichuan commercial-vehicle project settled in Nanchong in 2016 and entered production, making NEVs the city's new calling card. Yilong (hometown of Zhu De) is our division's place of registration, with the e-commerce industrial park as the incubation base.

In 2025 Nanchong's above-scale industrial value added grew steadily. The vehicle industry is led by Geely Sichuan Commercial Vehicles (complete NEV commercial vehicles), pulling component suppliers to cluster; chemicals-light-textiles (cellulose acetate, silk textiles) keep their traditional edge; food-pharma (Zhangfei Beef, Baoning Vinegar and others) runs on brand-based operation. The Nanchong ETDZ is a national-level carrier, and the city is building into the northern central city of the Chengdu-Chongqing region. The Yilong County e-commerce industrial park holds provincial-level designations as an e-commerce industrial park and a sci-tech enterprise incubator.

Nanchong is our division's home-ground market: resident engineers, same-day arrival, a forward parts store — travel and dispatch costs lower than cross-city service. Demand is heavy for upkeep of stamping, welding, painting and assembly equipment at the vehicle plant (the Geely family) and its component suppliers; rotating-equipment and textile-machinery upkeep at chemicals-light-textiles firms is traditional work; packaging-line retrofits at food firms are steady. Meanwhile, equipment-management system building (Module 01) and difficult-fault handling (Module 03) for small and mid-sized manufacturers in Nanchong and its surroundings (Yilong, Langzhong, Nanbu and others) are the services that built our reputation.
