Peng'an County

Peng'an occupies the old Han-dynasty Xiangru county and hosts the Jialing River spectacle of a hundred oxen crossing the water; historically it lived on agriculture, well salt and silk workshops. After 1949 agricultural machinery, silk and food processing plants were established, but the industrial base stayed thin for decades. From 2022 the county ran an industry-first strategy with "chain leader" responsibility for each industry chain, planning and building a nearly 2,000-mu agricultural processing park and bringing in the city's first memory-chip packaging and test firm (Zhongzhao Yongye Semiconductor). The industrial economy has vaulted in three years: above-scale industrial output reached CNY 3.825 billion in January-July 2025, up 17.29% year on year.

The Peng'an industrial park has formed three clusters: agricultural product processing (Jiamei Foods, the country's largest orange juice concentrate producer; Huahao Agriculture & Husbandry, a national leading agro-industrialisation firm), electronic information (Zhongzhao Yongye Semiconductor packaging and test; Yingmipainuo vehicle display modules), and machinery and auto parts (25 above-scale firms including Ruihu Electric Vehicles). Over three years the park added 2,500 mu of industrial land, built 300,000 m² of standard factory space, and put 126,000 m² of idle workshops back to work.

Peng'an is the classic "new park, new equipment, new teams" market. Jiamei Foods' juicing, concentration, aseptic filling and cold chain equipment runs continuously at high hygiene grade — cleaning validation and preventive maintenance are hard requirements. Feed and farming firms' crushing, pelleting and conveying equipment suffers heavy dust and wear. Cleanroom utilities (HVAC, vacuum, pure water) and precision equipment at the semiconductor packaging-and-test and display module plants demand strict maintenance records, and almost no local team can take that work — our systematised service is the way in. Machining and assembly lines at auto parts and electric vehicle firms need routine upkeep and machine-tool repair. With the park in a dense commissioning phase, installation-commissioning and equipment-file building (Modules 01/06) opportunities are concentrated.
